Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to subscribe or
purchase from The Secret Post.

Subscriptions & Orders

Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your plan).
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot refund or replace items
lost due to incorrect addresses provided by you.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices, with at least 14 days’ notice before your next
billing date.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at info@thesecretpost.co.uk

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Due to the personalised and printed nature of our letters and enclosures, we cannot issue refunds
once an order has been processed.
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us and
we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Delivery

We dispatch within the UK and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on destination.
We are not responsible for postal delays beyond our control (for example Royal Mail strikes,
customs delays, or natural disruptions).

Intellectual Property

All letters, stories, artwork, and other creative content provided by The Secret Post are protected by
copyright.

You may enjoy them for personal use only. Reproducing, reselling, or distributing our content
without permission is prohibited.

Your Conduct

By using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Misuse our Services in any unlawful or harmful way

Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
By subscribing, you consent to us using your information to process and deliver your subscription.
