In certain circumstances, we may offer a refund. If approved, refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
30-Day Full Refund Guarantee (Letters Only)
If you are dissatisfied with your story for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
Please note: cancellations do not automatically result in refunds — you must request one.
You are welcome to keep any letters you have already received.
Refunds After 30 Days (Letters Only)
Monthly Subscriptions
After the 30-day guarantee period has passed, refunds are not available for monthly payments already collected. However, you will still receive any remaining letters included in the subscription period paid for.
Prepaid Subscriptions
If you purchased a prepaid subscription and the 30-day window has passed, you are eligible for a prorated refund up to 60 days from your subscription start date.
After 60 days, refunds are not available, but the remaining letters will still be sent to your provided delivery address.
Refunds for Non-Letter Products
Items other than our letters (such as stationery or gift items) may be returned within 60 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please return the item(s) to us for a prompt refund. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
